President Muhammadu Buhari has again called off Wednesday’s Federal Executive Council Meeting.This was contained in a statement issue in Kano on Tuesday by the Minister of Information and Culture,Alhaji Lai Mohammed,He said the meeting was called off due to the inability of the government to prepare for the weekly meeting as a result of the two-day public holidays declared for the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations which left little or no time to prepare for the weekly meeting.Federal Government during the FEC Meeting held last approved a sum of $5.79bn forthe Mambilla hydro project that will be handled by a consortium of Chinese companies
