The Following Are The Projects He Executed by Honorable Abubakar Lado Suleja In his Two Years In Office
LEGISLATIVE DUTIES
Two (2) Motions At The Green Chamber namely:
(1) Need for the Federal Government to Complete The Construction of the Boyi and Lefu Small Earth Dams and The Completion of Two Water Reservoirs at Madallah and Sabon Wuse in Suleja and Tafa LAG Respectively.
(2)The Urgent Need for the Federal Government to Implement the 1976 Chief Akinola Aguda Panel Reports on the Movement of the Federal Capital from Lagos to Abuja (now Suleja) With the outstanding payment of Compensation of the Sum of N30 Billion to the affected people. All three motions received the light of the day in the House of Representatives,as it was Resolved to Implement the Report of The committee which includes
i- Establishment of a Federal higher Institution in Suleja
ii- Provision of A Federal Medical Centre in Suleja.
iii- Establishment of a Federal sports Institute
iv- Federal Tourism CENTRE with
5 star hotel and Zuma Rock as Monument. etc.
THE CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS ..
A - EDUCATION
1- Construction of 4 blocks of 3 class Rooms with offices at following villages
i- Burum
ii- Tuchi
iii-Dado
iv- Abuchi Koro
all In Gurara LGA.
2- Distribution of over 76,000 exercise books, school Uniforms and other learning materials to various schools.
3- Sponsorship Of 12 Students Which are currently Studying In various Medical and Engineering Courses In India, while 18 were in Cairo, Egypt now. 46 students are taken on full scholarship to Newgate College of Health Technology Minna, 4 students are Studying Optical Dispensing Technology at Federal Medical centre Birnin Kebbi.
Financial Support to over 100 Students in various high Institutions across the country.
4- Establishment of 2 ICT Centre and commencement of Training of over 200 SS2 students across Suleja, Tafa and Gurara Local Government Areas.
B- HEALTH
- Construction of 40 Bed Capacity Hospital at Bubban Tunga in Tafa LGA which was commissioned by His Excellency, Abubakar Sani Bello
- Distribution of Free Drugs to Various clinics In Suleja, Gurara And Tafa.
C - INFRASTRUCTURES
1- Completion of Suleja-Bakin Iku -Kaduna Road N1.8B, and Construction of Tudun Bariki -Suleja Club Road and Rehabilitation of Buntun-Bwari Road (completed).
WATER
- Construction of Solar Power borholes at IJa Gbagi, Dawaki, Bunu, Magajiya Ward and Abuchi Koro in Suleja,Tafa And Gurara LGAs
-Construction And Fully Equipt Skills Aquisation Centre at Izom Gurara LG.
ELECTRICITY
- Electrification and Installation of Transformers to the following Towns and villages
1- Rafin Chinnaka
2- Tunga Tsauni
3- Yaguru
4- Numbwa Tukura
5- Gangaren Pangamu
6- Kwankwashe
7- Karfe
8- Kadna
9- Tungan Makama
10- Suleja Club .
Tungan Makama is 33kv/ 500kva Transformer while the remaining 9 villages are 11kv/500kva Transformers.
AGRICULTURE
- Distribution of Fertilizer, Knapsack, 50 water pumping machine and other farming materials free to the farmers Cut across Suleja, Gurara And Tafa. LGAs
D- SKILLS ACQUISITION TRAINING AND EMPOWERMENT
- Training of 4,300 Young men and women in 10 different skill, awaiting distribution of materials
- Distribution of Cars and Motorcycle to some of the Youths.
The Projects Were Executed with the funds provided from the 2016 budget. And more are coming from the 2017 Budget
